We had this problem with a 3070 and it turned out to be the customers choice of paper. They used bargain bin paper from that came out of the fuser with excessive curl and jammed where the customer could not reach it. We got them to use higher quality paper and the the machine stopped jamming.
Went out to one yesterday to help a tech. Was said to constant jamming for months . It would jam right at the entry of the finisher. I looked up at the photo sensor at the entry of the finisher and it look foggy. Cleaned sensor and now it's jam free. Tech called later that afternoon and still no jams.

The old inner finishers didn't have the mylar strips that are included in the new ones. Tech pub about adding the mylar strips
to prevent jams. Have had many of these that needed the mylar strips installed on the inner finisher.
