[Misc] Non-standard paper sizes, suborn customers

Several customers have been calling in with issues regarding jamming, or copy quality issues when printing on non-standard paper i.e. post cards, large envelopes, custom cut card stock, etc... I'm sure that this is a common issue, so I'm hoping someone has a better solution than setting up a separate user profile for every seemingly random piece of paper that customers want to print on. Keep in mind that most of these calls are from people that can't remember being taught where the charge cleaners are, how to print labels, or even load a paper tray correctly.
I'm open to suggestions, and any solution is welcome. I thank you in advance for you time, and appreciate any input you may have.

The simplest thing of for them to just save up those jobs and have you do them.

In those rare instances that you find an enduser that's actually listening to what you tell them, they still cannot summon up enough energy to try that hard. Myself, I still do give the explanation of proper setup method, but I don't deceive myself into thinking anybody is listening.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
