I am trying to setup an AR-M237 MFP for either scan to folder or email and it appears I am missing a step or something. I have no problem setting up MX models but this is older model and the web interface page is different. When I go to scan something it comes up with error message stating can't locate server. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated....Thanks

I would love to use sharpdesk except I'm not an authorized technician with them. Although I used to be and I have used sharpdesk in the past. I don't have a copy at the moment or the license that you need to use it.... so I am having to do this the hard wayComment

I seem to recall that you need to buy a license. The demo mode is only good for 30 days, then you have to set it up again. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
