AR5631 fax problem

when i sending fax using RSPF,the customer received a blank paper.but if i using on scanning glass its ok.
what is the problem.
I am new on this machine .so I didnt have much experiance.
any idea are very appriciated.thanks

Yes,the original was face up.Making copies no problem only faxing.Actually I cannot complete adjusted the SP-53 cause I dont have the service manual for this model.

66-3 will check the fax memory. I think it's the same as you're working on. Hope this helps.

this is brand new machine.I have execute 66-10 ( image memory clear)
