Sharp AR-M355 Fuser Issue - Still

Ongoing issue. Streaked copies - Dirty Cleaning Roller. Cleaned Cleaning Roller - Replaced Cleaning Roller, before that replace DV Unit and Developer. Still having issue with Dirty/Streaked Copies.

    Change Fuser?

Install the heat sink roller from the AR-M350 (NROLM1387FCZZ). It's a solid roller over the whole length of the roller, so it will clean the whole roller, not just 25mm sections. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for the reply - I tired your suggestion, but it didn't take. Client is telling me streaking still occuring. Not sure short of changing Fuser what else to try. There are new Upper & Lower Heat Rollers. Developer is new. Unless maybe the Upper Heat Roller is bad.

Are these OEM rollers & toner?

I've seen occasions when aftermarket toner has caused this. Some of the aftermarket rollers can do this, even when new.

How about something oddball, like the customer that runs a lot of linen paper stock? The toner in the little valleys can stick to the fuser rollers.

Have you been fiddling with the fuser temperature? If the temperature is too high or too low, you can get the same effect. The first thing that I'd do is restore the fuser temperature defaults.

Do any of these sound familiar? =^..^=

Do you have it narrowed down to the fuser ?
          Hope that helps !

Yes - I changed out the DV Unit and Developer thinking that was the cause. Then, rather than going the expense of a Fuser I change the UH Roller again to see if there was an issue with it. Won't know if this is a fix or not for about a week or so. The build up usually occurs when they're doing a heavy copy job.
