    Sharp Ar-M355N Deleting Profile

I am having a problem deleting profiles which are no longer used for our AR-M355N device. Does anyone know how this can be done?

    Thanks,

    Paul

Are you talking about scan profiles, & are you trying to do it through the web page?
    Hope that helps !

The profiles in the address book of the device.

They were created through the Sharp Network scan tool. It is removed from the work station profile but not the multi-function device itself.

        Very easy

Just type in the ip address in a browser to get to the web page. From there, you can go into the address book & delete all the scan profiles. They're basically just addresses that go to a small FTP server on the workstation rather than en email address. If you need a user name & password (can't remember) it's admin & Sharp (cap sensitive).
        Hope that helps !

I will try that later in the week as the machine is in a remote office.

            Thanks for the info.

Have a happy & healthy New year.
