It's a pretty advanced set up if you're not a tech. You'd be better off paying to have it done.
    Hope that helps !

I'd have to agree. The color calibration is not for amateurs. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Magenta toner supply error. Here are some things to look at from the SM. There have been some issues with the toner pipe clogging but I haven't come across this yet.

            Good luck.

Installation instructions come with the machine - and are also available online from Sharp. Rough concept: unbox and remove all tape. Install optional equipment. Install developer. Install Toner BUT DO NOT CLOSE FRONT DOOR. Power on. Developer simulation. Close door. Most often the colors and skew will be ok (we calibrate anyway).

As I said, a rough concept. If you do not have access to Sharp, ask whomever your boss purchased the unit from to provide you with the service manual.

Perhaps he should have said "if your not a Sharp tech" as commercial grade units are not "plug and play".
