Intermitent Fading on SF 2530/2540 Copier

Good day!!! I have a problem w/ SF 2530/2540 copier, I have 3 of them , That when I'm copying an intermitent fading on the copy appears, specialy when the machine heat up, drum and developer was new, as well as its main charger unit or the scorotron, transfer corona was also new. Although its an old one model the customer was very attatched to it because of lower cost per copy, can u help me w/ this, was it the HVU BOARD?

Clean the drum ground shaft, make sure 44-1 & 44-2 are in the correct range. Those machines also had flaky AE sensors. Try running in text mode.
Then sell them something from this century.
    Hope that helps !

I have one cust that still has a SF 2035 and wants it repaired, optic cables broke, and another with a SF 7320, he still likes it too, not up to us to sell them, they have to get there head out of the dark ages, but to set in there ways, or in some cases, just to stupid, wish we could charge for stupid stuff done to copiers.
