I have found that doing the belt meandering test sim 6-8 along with the mechanical meandering adjustment (adjustment 16) on the fuser got rid of this problem for me completly

I had an mxM5070 throwing random h5 codes in a lawyers office in an old house, got them to run a dedicated line problem went away.

sheeeeeeetttt, Surprise they got the dedicated line, lot of customers don't wanna so we straight out tell them were not gonna go out for any H codes anymore.

Find the service bulletin detailing the addition of two washers in the fuser harness connector.
This fixed this issue on several MXM machines.
