Sharp AR 285 dots and lines

I have a sharp ar 285 and the copies are getting toner specs on them in random places, also when i turn paper to grip the 11 inch side it gets a line across the page
Ive tryed running blank pages through and the specs are still there, also the specs still show up when running in simulation 64 mode

The line is probably 1 of 2 choices. And the answer will depend on the answer to this question: Does the line on letter size images appear on your sim 64 test prints?

If no, then it is an optical issue. That is, the mirrors, glass, or lens are dirty. If yes, it's probably the drum worn out.

Do the specks have a recognizable pattern that repeats? If yes, you could have toner buildup on the upper fuser roller, or maybe label adhesive on the drum. If no, the developer may be overtoning, requiring a developer change.

Lots of questions. Lots of possible answers. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

More than likely the specs are toner droppings from the drum unit. Replace the 2 lower drum seals.
      Hope that helps !
