    Sim Codes

Hello, You'll also need to reset Maint., developer and drum counters if doing a full PM. to get in be sure you are in the copy mode-press the copy mode key located next to the main display then use what we call "P Star C Star" That is press Pound Key then Astrid Key then Clear Key then Astrid key one right after the other. Sim codes as needed are : Developer Calabration 25-2, Developer counter clear 24-5, Maint cuonter clear 24-4, Drun cuonter clear 24-7.
25-2 for example from sim mode:
press NO. keys 25, press copy start key, press NO. key 2, press copy start
Hope this helps BE SHARP Man, Allen

It is important to do a CA after 25-2 to store the toner concentration level. Then you can do the counter resets.

I have started running the developer stir a couple times, especially if your readings are outside 90-110. I've got nothing else to add. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

This came directly from sharp tech's, they claim this will also lengthen the dev life.

Open front door and do the following

            sim 24-4 maintenance
            sim 24-5 dev
            sim 24-7 drum
sim 24-11 reset drum and dev rotation/timer

sim 25-2 dev initializing, you get the message door open and then close the door and hit start again

since doing this procedure I notice I get 40-60k more copies from the developer
