    AR-M350N

This machine has the 2000 sheet pedestal. It jams intermittently from the left stack. Never from the right. I have changed rollers, one way bearings (2), and the paper feed sensor. Paper gets about 4 inches out of the tray and stops. Any ideas? Thanks.

Replace it with the 3 tray desk. I've got one doing the same, replaced everything including the clutches on the back of the desk & transport rollers. PITA
    Hope that helps !

I wish I could offer you something more constructive. I had an AR-D13N paper deck with a similar problem.

I had a scrap AR-D20 paper deck to swap parts. I swapped every single part but the frame, one item at a time. When I was done, both decks had the exact same jamming problem. We finally set it on an AR-D15 three cassette base. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I found a bulletin that looks like it might be what you're referrring to.
          Number: AR-P350-054
It refers to the left door follower spring.
Does this sound like it and will this actually work?
