    Difference between AR-D14, AR-D15 and AR-D27

    Quick question :-)

What is the difference between these 3 x 500 sheet paper drawer stands and which one (or more) will work with the Imagistics 4511 copier?

    Thanks a lot,
    Greg

    If this post is correct:

Then you have an ARM355/455 series machine and need the ARD27 unit.

The ARD15 is for the ARM350/450 series. Couldn't tell you what the differences are.

    Hope this is helpful.

    Good luck.

Mechanically they're the hard to distinguish. It's the boards that are different.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank you both for the replies. I'll order the ARD27 and see how it goes.

One more question for the IM4511/AR-M455. :-)

When inserting a pre-printed cover (color) does the cover sheet go through the fuser or through a separate path? Exit tray is that of the booklet finisher (FN7).

I tried this once with an AR-M450 (thought I manually added the printed cover in the same tray as the other sheets since the old tiger would not let you add a cover in booklet mode) and the result was well... not very pretty!

It will go through the fuser. This series does not offer and add-on inserter like the ARM550 series does.
