Do you have an AR-M620N or an AR-M620U?

The 'N' version is networkable. The 'U' version is not networkable without replacing boards.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Since you have the "U" version you will need to get the ARP19 network expansion kit to be able to print. The kit has 2 ROM's and a NIC card plus the paperwork to enable the "key" for printing.

No other way around it than buying the P19. The USB & Parallel ports on that machine are ONLY active when doing firmware updates.
            Hope that helps !

I don't think that you're listening, swagreis. I'll make this very succinct.

              Not free.
              Must but parts.

I have the AR-m629n and I cannot get it to print, it keeps printing out a sheet reading sent from Unknown, and a file name filled with random numbers. The print job is never printed though. I am using LPR.

I have had this happen when we installed a Sharp with the same IP address as the previous Canon copier it replaced. For some reason the Canon driver would just print out a lot of pages of junk. Also there is a firmware upgrade that address' this issue as well.
