    just trying to figure out if you are supposed to grease the upper heat roller bearings when replacing the roller.....the book doesn't say anything about it......just curious if anyone else is doing so

    You don't, unless you want a heap load of grief, it is designed to run 'Dry' in the Thermo-plastic bushings.....

    Anything gets in there and the whole Fuser Unit will grind to a halt and that will really annoy the Main Motor and Drive interface gears....

    You can wipe the Cleaner pad, UFR & LPR with a little bit of 'silly'oil to help things long
    regards

        ditto. =^..^=
        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
