As for your reds printing as orange, have you run a full color calibration over the machine, and what are all the maintenance/ddev/drum counts please?
If you get me that info, I'll tell you the best course of action. Whats the firmware version?
I look after a few hundred C-Dragons. I know how to tweek them pretty good.

Too easy......
I see this all the time, on all MX machines.
You have a contamination under the primary transfer belt. Take the belt unit out, remove the cleaning unit. As you rotate it by hand, you will see the belt surface rise up a few millimeters at that exact spot where the contamination is. It will either be on the drive roller within the belt unit, or on the under-side of the belt surface. Judging by your sample, I'd say it would the under the belt surface as ther is no repeating mark on the same page (due to roller rotation distance vs belt rotation distance).
The contamination is causing poor cleaning of the belt at that exact spot. The small rise in the belt surface, causes that exact poor cleaning mark.
Most of the time, the hard contamination will be a very small ball of paper dust, which has rolled itself into a small lump as the belt is rotating. Other times, it will be an actual lump of hard toner.
The only way to fix this, is to remove the belt unit, remove the belt from the frame and clean all transport rollers & inside the belt bead/inner surface. If the belt is near-due for replacement anyway, its a good excuse to do the maintenance early.
In your attachment the mark are right on the edge of the paper. Which edge? Leading, trail, front edge or rear edge? Do the marks appear in the void area?
My guess? Lead or trail, yes through the void, and it's probably a gouged fuser roller. =^..^=
I get these 2 half moon marks on all my prints and I can't find were it is coming from. Here is the link to the pdf if anyone wants to take a look. Also my reds come out orange when I print to the machine and unfortunately I don't have a color test print.
