Sorry this is the first time I’ve posted an image. The streak occurs on the left hand side beginning under the Installed Device heading. This is a mortgage attorney so printing legal is a must. I have replaced or swapped out everything the entire PCU fuser developer It looks like a dirty picker finger I cleaned those the only thing I can even think of at this point is to remove the picker fingers on the left hand side to see if that makes a difference.

Hi, is this attached image is a copy or print output?
Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.....A.E.
did u replace or borrow the pcu from another machine, have seen this b4 and it was the toner seal was damaged in the pcu. also in 317's (very similiar to this machine) there was mylar paddles in the waste section of the pcu that would flick the toner around andcause similiar results and spilled toner (they changed the pcu for that model)
I agree with wazza. For a subtle image artifact like this all it would take is a hair or piece of paper lint dangling anywhere within 20mm of the drum surface, including all the imaging components and frame. Your most valuable tool in this situation is a cheapie plastic toothbrush. I start first with the charge grid. We are talking about very very very small contaminants. Invisible in normal circumstances. Next check the area of the cleaning blade above the drum, and the frame where it crosses over the drum. Also check the face of the developing roller, especially the lower lip of the developing unit. In situations like this I have removed and rechecked the same areas (7) or more times, and often never seeing the contaminant. The problem is just suddenly gone.
Be persistent. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Found it! Next to the picker fingers on the PCU are and extra pair of spurs that are attached to the PCU on blocks that are screwed onto the PCU one of the spurs was missing. for a quick fix I just removed both blocks. Seems to be working fine. Thanks for your help.
