    AR-650

    DEV. GEARS BREAKING. 0N4406332600 AND 0N4406332640. REPLACED THEM AND THEY BROKE AGAIN. COULD IT BE IN THE DRIVE BREAKING THESE GEARS OR THE DV UNIT. ANYONE SEE COMMONALITIES ON THIS ONE. THE DV UNIT IS A LITTLE HARD TO SPIN BY HAND BUT NOT TO SURE IF THIS IS NORMAL FOR THIS UNIT. THANKS T IT IS AT 1.3M

      The bushings on these developer units get all gunked up. Had to do a total rebuild and replacement on the bushings. Also noticed the when the start to stick the will tear up your developer housing!

          You need to replace the developer unit. It is not worth rebuilding it. This will fix your problem. Find out if the developer was replaced when it should have been. You will likely find that it wasn't. Seen this many times!
