I don't have my book and can't remember the code F4. Hope someone can help me.

Maybe H4 (fuser low temp) or L4 (motor lock)??

Are you sure it is f4 'cause in the serv man. it is nowhere to be found , like wazza say it must be h4 (fuser overheating) if so check your lamp or thermistor or fuses.

You will have to do sim 14 to clear the fault once you fix the prob.
