Silvertoast is right by the looks of it. The fuser drive gear has a small pin which breaks off after a long life and causes the upper heat roller to stall. The pictures are a good example of what happens.

The part for the gear is NGERH0540FCZ3, or replace the whole fuser unit if the rollers are worn & the frame is warping.

Geeez mate, call your friendly local Sharp agent. They'll have it in stock.
Look them up. Its not something you can just pickup anywhere OK.

                Who's upset??

                Not me.

You need a tech to look at your machine. They will have the parts required.

I gave you the part number, and if you are a keen 'tech type' person who would like to have a crack at fixing this, then go for it. You just need to buy that part first.
