When using the doc feeder the copies come out dark on 1/4 of the page, You can see very fine multiple dark lines on bad part of copy. Prints and copies from glass are fine, i checked the basics, mirror assembly, white reference strips,position of adf in down position. Any ideas?. Thanks

RSPF glass (not original glass) narrow, through wich scanning made. Clean please both sides.

Prints are fine, eliminates optics; copies off glass are fine but that does not eliminate optics as a slight off parallel of the mirrors/copy lamp may not be noticeable. However, when copying through the doc feed, the adjustment for the mirrors and copy lamp must be spot on (CCD adjust might be off a little also).
