problem with 2120j

hello
i have a problem with sharp ar 2120j.
duplex motor or exit roller motor not act or not enterprise(duplex motor is healthy,because use with 25-1 code ,duplex motor is act.)
also all sensor is healthy.
this problem when come on,after reset with 88-1 code.


PLEAS help me

after reset that you did
i recomend to do all simulations 26 settings of the copier
set and check copier mode,l country destination and copier configurations
