Have you metered out the various components of the fuser? This is a very simple fuser. The heat lamp should read 4 or 5 ohms. The thermal switch should be closed, 0 ohms, and the thermistor should read in the 100M ohm range when at room temperature.

Also check that none of these components is shorted to frame ground. That's what would cause blown fuses. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If you have not metered out the components, exactly how did you determine whether any of them are shorted to ground? =^..^=

Put your meter on diode check so it makes a beeping noise. Put one lead on the frame of the copier and the other on the fuse that keeps blowing. (make sure it's a good fuse and the copier is unplugged). If your meter starts beeping start unplugging things until the beeping stops. What ever you unplugged has a short.
