    SHARP ARM 350 JAM

Copier is jaminig as it exits the fuser and throws H5-01 code after 5 jams. I replaced fuser assembly and cleaned the turn around unit. I checked the sensor arms for movement and no binding. When i tested copier all 50 went thru with no jams then customer called after i left and copier started jamming again same area. Any thing else i need to check or need to replace please let me know. Thanks for replys.

Knowing the jam code would help, but chances are pretty good you'll end up replacing the delivery unit. I see that you cleaned it, in my experience that only delays things. Replacing the unit is usually the best way.
I know I should be ashamed of myself. Strangely though, I am not.

Replacement is usually the fix, though if the exit rollers have not been modified this will cause intremittant jamming. The material the early rollers were made from tends to crack away from the core which carries the axle. the lead edge of the paper catches the cracks and jams occur.

If they're H5-01 codes, its POD_1N jams, and I agree about disintegrating exit rollers. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

500K is a good life for a switchback/delivery unit. IMOHO

Also check the reverse gate any wear & tear on the teeth or down and up mechanism
check for drive on all those roller b4 the POD 1 sensor bearings may need some cleaning and grease
              .
