    [CQ] MXM1100 dashed lines from top to bottom

    I attended MXM1100 today with copy quality issue from the scanner only, printing is ok.
    Anything scanned from document feeder or glass produces dashed lines running from top to bottom in three places. I tried cleaning the optics, reseat PJs on CCD and back of SCU pwb but no luck.
    Anyone can help please?

      hi if both affected glass and dspf,must be your scanning pwb.
