[Jamming] Have an AR-C 170M with H5-01 code

    Hello All,

The Aircraft museum I belong to as a volenteer has been given a Sharp AR-C 170M to use and it has constant H5-01 codes.

Am a Xerox Wide format plan printer tech for the last 23 years, before I drive 100 km to the museum to have a look at it as I dont have a manual for this machine yet is it something that is going to require the fuser module replaced ????. They dont have a lot of money to buy parts.

    Any advice is appreciated.
    Cheers

You won't want to spend a lot of time or money on this Bear. It was well named.

It is expensive to operate and will be troublesome. Most of the Sharp guys will agree that they were very glad when these machines were replaced with Pastel or C-Jupiters. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
