[CQ] ARM450 prints fine, copy output blank

I have an AR M450 that prints test pages fine. The problem occurs when you attempt to make copies. The page comes out blank. As stated it prints fine, no issues with laser, drum, developer, etc. Scan lamp and mirror drive operate with no problems. I am thinking either CCD or main board, but would like other opinions before we start spending money. Thanks.

Try executing a shading adjustment with sim 63-2, also make sure the scanner reference plate is cleaned too obviously.

Reseat connections from the scanner to the copier as well.
Cthulhu for president! Why settle for the lesser evil?

How about 2 sided copy? since side 2 is copied by the cis instead of the ccd on 2 to 2.

This will definitely eliminate the mainboard from the equation if 2nd side works...

There is also a scanner board in there too.

First power off, and re-seat scanner connector. Don't start wiggling connectors with it live. You'll blow boards.
Second be cautious with the scanner board. There is just a bare metal plate under the scanner board and if you press upward even slightly you'll short out the scanner board. I would tape a transparency to the inside of the metal base to avoid damaging boards. I'm thinking this is the most likely cause.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
