Re: POD1_N Error
Do you think you could tell us what model you're working on, or shall we guess? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: POD1_N Error
I have seen similar problems on MX-M550/620 and MX-3501/4501. In almost all cases, the problem was in the secondary transferbelt. The belt has a tendency to dry out and then starts to slip resulting in the paper to fold before it enters the fuser.Comment

Re: POD1_N Error
Try one of these....
Turn on Misfeed Disable Sim:7-1. If copies make it though its a sensor, and if not its mechanical. [Sensors]
Next check gear on primary transfer belt. [Gear stripped]
Next change 2nd transfer unit. [Bad belt] I wouldn't rebuilt it.
And if none of that works then try changing the registration roller unit.
Good luck.Comment
