Check stapler in saddle stitch on ES 4505ac with MJ 1110 finisher

Also got the above mentioned issue and all seems good with the staples and staple cartridge and the holders as well. Rest of finisher and machine works. If staple cartridges are removed the message just stays the same , even if you select just to fold without staples it still is same message . Lady said it just stopped during a job and that was it. She is pretty knowledgable with the staples and cartridges and nothing looks out of the ordinary to either of us. Has anyone run across this? Could this be a saddle stitch board issue? Thanks

This will sound stupid ... but it's possible to insert the staple holders into the staplers backwards. And no surprise ... it doesn't work that way. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

When you insert the staple cartrige(s) into the saddle stitch, they should make a noise as the staples are pushed up to their start
point. If you don't hear anything, check for the infamous Pinched wire harnesses that have plagued me with TABS machines for
20+ years! Barring that, it will take two people, one with a meter on the finisher, the other closing the door after inserting new
staple cartridge, see if you see any voltage going to the stapler motors. If none, yep, probably the board.

Well it seems like it is jogging the staples forward, I mean it sounds like it . I did order a board and am gonna also get the harnesses there too.
