    3015AC CA00

We have machine that trows CA00 each time i try to do FS-05-4719 (Forced performing of color registration. All colors formed on transfer belt(photo in attachment). FS-05-4720-0 returns 85: All colors on the rear side detection abnormality. I did check rear side sensor and cleaned it couple times. In 03 it show that the sensor is not working, front and center is lighting up. I have heard that it's very unlikely that sensor went bad. My question is did anyone change this sensor or have any ideas what to check next?
Machine is 2 years old, has 170k copies and brand new dev-kit black and new drums and grids for colors(before replacement it also gave CA00).

It is rare for these to fail. I believe these sensors are the same so you could swap front and rear and see if problem moves with sensor....

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

It might be worth checking the shutter assembly for the IQC sensors. There is a weakness on the first version of that assembly. The pin that the shutter swivels on breaks. Do an output test to see if the shutter moves. If the shutter doesn't move then you'll get CA00 because the sensors are looking at black plastic instead of the belt. I've had this happen on 2 machines in my territory.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

+1 on this. I've MacGuyvered one of these myself. The post that the lever swivels on breaks off. Do I have a photo? Yes:

I had a shoulder screw just the right size. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You guys were right it was the shutter not opening fully.
Fixed it the same way with a screw.
            Thank you for help 🙂

2nd that as well. I've seen that a few times on the 05C series machines as well.

I've had an issue with these sensors units where the harness wire was pinched causing a color registration issue. Not sure if it threw a CA00 or CE40 but the gamma chart looked freaky...the color blocks did not line up at all.
Re routed the harness to fix...seen this happen twice.

CE40,CA00 need to clean a LED print head and LED discharges. Normally you need to disassembly LSU UNIT to clean toner dust and d/v. Another thing make sure TBU UNIT not broken.
