Check that the waste bottle is not overfull, the transfer cleaning unit backed up and full of toner, and the auger spring popped up on top of the transfer belt. When this happens, the primary transfer belt is usually damaged, the cleaning blades flipped, and the auger spring deformed so badly it cannot be used. If you have difficulty removing the transfer cleaning unit, that is your first clue that is the problem.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

yes, like Black Cat says, check the transfer belt cleaning unit. If you have done so it is useful for you to say that you have. I have had the transfer belt not rotating a few times and it has always been the cleaning unit backed up. E011 is paper jamming at the transfer belt due to the lack of rotation.👍 1Comment

The bushings on this transfer belt wear down and can become gummy applying brake to the belt rotations. Needs disassembled and cleaned (temporary solution). But 1st check what the guys above advise about the e011 as is very common.Defects are simple, our mind is complicatedComment

The problem is solved, I removed the transfer belt and the mechanical part, I reassembled everything and now it works. It's possible that someone else screwed up the belt and didn't know how to remove it and something got stuck on the mechanical part. Thank you all for your help.Comment

If you did not find a clogged up primary transfer cleaning unit, I think you probably missed the real cause, and you'll get another opportunity to fix this again in a few days. Next time look at the primary transfer belt cleaning unit.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

No. On the original EB-X machines, before they introduced the ADI drive, you could swap it for a regular drive, but once it had an ADI drive, you cannot go back to a non ADI
drive. If the machine came with, or had a HDD replaced with an ADI drive, you can't swap a non ADI drive.
I can use disks or SSDs without ADI in the black and white 6 and 7 series.
Only the 2050c and 2550c models cannot use SSDs. They only work with mechanical HDDs.
Additionally, I can upgrade the 2051c and 2551c models to 2050c and 2550c by installing an HDD.

It's one thing to say this is possible and it's another to back it up with evidence, if this is genuinely possible why are you gatekeeping the knowledge? No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.Comment
