    Getting a white strip 2 and 3/8 in from trail edge on 2nd side. 1/2 in wide. Print isn't affected, no crease. any ideas?

    I can't really identify a problem from the supplied picture, I can only assume the arrows are supposed to be pointing at something, but I don't see the problem mentioned.
    No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.

      in fact it is not possible to understand the problem from the attached prints from the positioning of the arrows I assume it is a lighter stripe ..... if that is the problem it could be the dirty laser pass the blue rod to clean it

        Print some internal test patterns or Mr. Blackcats test file - we know what those are supposed to looks like and can offer some suggestions.
