    eStudio 2000ac keeps rebooting.

    G'day Legends.
Turn this machine on, it boots up, then within 2-3 minutes shuts down and restarts.
Anyone had similar or any suggestions??? (have swapped power supply).
    Cheers

    Re: eStudio 2000ac keeps rebooting.

I think that I'd re-format the HDD, then reload firmware. You'll lose the addressbook and shortcuts also. There's probably no way around that unless you have a clone file.

You may find that the HDD is toast, and have to do the whole thing all over again with a new HDD. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Try this trick...I've had some over the years that would reboot...
Open the side door/front door, kill the 24 volts and see if it will boot up.
At least it would allow you to get into service mode Pwr>FC/Start or
        Pwr>Home/Start
