Toshiba e-Studio 311c light grey background

Hello. I need some suggestions how to resolve the problem I have with e-Studio 311c.
The machine is printing fine with good contrast colors but there is almost invisible background on all over the printed page. It's almost impossible to see it with simple eye but when you copy a blank original the copy obviously has a light grey background. My customer even uses lens to show me the little dots in magenta, yellow, cyan and black on the copy.
I have to resolve this problem because the customer is impatient. I tried any ajustments but the background didn't do away) In the meanwhile I replaced balck drum and cleaning blade, also the developer...nothing helps.

Please, advise me, because I'm a woman)

If light grey background copies happened when copying in blank, then it is a bias related problem.

Clean all the bias contacts to see what happens.

Check transfer belt unit contacts and consumables. Also drums' ground. How old are drums (copies and time)?

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

Seconding drum grounds, they should be well coated with fresh conductive grease!

        Regards!
