Re: Tosh 2500-c getting EO11 codes.

after reading this topic, found a solution to my problem with estudio 2820c, almost the same copier like 2500c, 3510, and many others
it was true something was bent, but not the chassis, or the door frame it was something else
IN MY CASE, THE PAPER WAS CLINGING TO THE SECOND TRANSFER ROLLER, IT WAS GOING AROUND THE ROLLER. SENSOR WAS WORKING FINE.
the issue was the bolts where the door latches onto the machine , 1 was bent inward, an it created an uneven pressure between transfer belt and transfer roller
just straighten them and all good
i will add 2 photos with them
    thanks to Austech for suggestions

I can confirm that. It's caused by the customer slamming the door. If you look at the fit of the covers with the door closed you'll see that the front or rear corner will be in too far. With the door closed too far, the separation guide projects into the paper path, snagging the paper and rolling it up around the second transfer roller.

You can also get E011 jams from a worn out shaft and one-way gear 94T in the registration drive, a deformed or broken duplex unit latch, or labels stuck all over the second transfer roller. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
