Nielbatiks: Don't end your title with the word print or you'll get a "print screen"

... and nobody can respond to your thread.

Just out of curiosity why are you using a 451C color print driver on a black & white copier? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm confused. You have a Fiery attached to your e Studio 232? You should have no trouble selecting black and white printing ... since a 232 can only print in black and white.

I'll definitely need more specifics. =^..^=

            Ok here it goes,

            Toshiba 232,
            S/N CRC739701

I can use the black mode, what i try to say is that with the 232 drivers i can control the printouts in advanced method, like this,
            print.jpg

By the way this picture is from my other computer with Win vista 32bit OS works fine
and MY problem is that i had install 451C drivers for Win 7 64bit OS computer and It gives me the same results, but in past 2 weeks I cant make print outs with this copier, print job is in queue but wont print not even a blink in the copier for data received
            and for further details,
I can use it as a monochrome scan device and I can access it hard disk via e-STUDIO File Download soft in Win7 computer,
What is the problem here ?

For starters I would install the correct print driver. A black and white copier cannot make any sense of color print data. I really doesn't matter it it ever worked properly or not with the wrong driver. Delete the driver on your PC. Download an e Studio 232 driver. Install it. =^..^=

                  Here what I did !!!!!!!!!!!!
I removed every device in the devices and printers area relating to the copier
Then add a printer ---- network printer --------- found the printer
Have disk it for drivers and I got the correct drives from Toshiba - Photocopiers, printers and fax
And it was completed and here's what I got,
                  final.jpg

But the problem still in hand it wont print, not even blink in the copier for data received.

Open to the Ports tab, drag open the IP address column so we can see your port designation. =^..^=

What print enabler do you have in the copier.

I don't think it is a problem because I can get pints with it in the other PC (Vista)

That is a wsd port which I do not remember that machine supporting.

Click add port > tcpip > enter the ip address of the copier then apply then see if you can print.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

I have occasionally ran into problems with Ricoh products being detected as WSD devices by Windows. If the person installing the driver uses the detected device instead a Standard TCP/IP port, it is always a problem. I have occasionally installed a print driver using the NetBIOS name of the device when I have had to go to the same customer the third time in as many months because they have changed a router and gone to a different subnet.
