Re: es 250 developer coming out on copies
Replace PU-1610. That's an old box so even if it isn't calling for replacement it's probably worn out.Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"? -
Re: es 250 developer coming out on copies
what is pu-1610 and its only 4 or 5 yrs old I think the build date is 2010. we sell used equipment and usually only buy off lease equipment so at least 3 yrs and usually 4 . sometimes older. I just started working on Toshibas 3 months ago the older ones seem better e-232 that seriesComment

Re: es 250 developer coming out on copies
And the whole process unit is called a PU-1610S. But apparently that's a secret code language...Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?Comment

Re: es 250 developer coming out on copies
Whenever I see a word I don't know I punch it into Google, then I know what it means. Even the secret-code.
Personally, I would check to see if any of your developer is pouring out through the front or rear developer seals. Especially if that pile of developer was at the rear shorting out the developer bias contact under the developer unit. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
