Xerox 7775 all trays not working including Baypass

Hello, recently we get Xerox 7775, the problem is quite easy to explain. Every single tray including baypass
are not working. When paper is inserted lifts are not going up, they stay's down (that ocure in every tray). Also machine register paper format.

Does anyone know solution?

Check for missing 24 volts .
Tray's motor use that voltage for work.

He is right check the voltage, but did you NVM this machine? The reason I am asking because one day I took a lot of NVM setting off of a xerox machine and I had all the trays not work.

Hi, how do you NVM that machine.
I have a problem where the paper jams only on the registration and have tried all paper trays and the machines still gives the same problem, have changed the the paper feed rollers and the the registration sensor but still the problem persist

Remove the pre-registration assembly and look for a small piece of paper stuck inside somewhere

YEah I'd troubleshoot the registration assembly as well before fiddling around with NVM

Hi, I have removed and checked the pre-registration assembly countless times now and there's absolutely no paper or foreign objects

YEah I'd troubleshoot the registration assembly as well before fiddling around with NVM

I have done that, the bypass is also not working so I am thinking it's the motor but don't know out to run a free run on Xerox

Check it it lifts up when you manually turn the gears located at the back of the tray.

Have you also checked the gear on the registration assy? You need to check from the rear of the machine. Sometimes it has a tiny crack, and the is enough not to run the registration roller at all.

What gear could it be cos I took out the whole Registration and I didn't see anything....I will recheck tomorrow morning but which gear specifically...and can anyone assist with the machine service manual...thanks

The gear isn't spared, but it's easy to come by through sites like Aliexpress. Shoot me a pm for service manual. I have for the DC240/250 but it's mechanically the same.

The Parts Drop has the gear for $24. I haven't found it anywhere else for less. Have you? Please let me know if you have.

I found them on Aliexpress as well. Search for Lift Motor Gear 16 T 127K37681 and you will find them. It's 10 pcs for $ 20 or something in that ballpark.
