    DC 480ST, Pro90, DC470

    Hi,
    first off all...GREAT Forum

    So i have a 480ST, a 470, and a WC Pro90 all have Errors :/

at the first i want to repair the 480ST, he gave me the errorcodes

    6.385 and
    12.201.

the Printer cant be used, he said that i need an technican, i think that the 6.385 is the Problem, but i dont know what the error is.
I hope you can help me a bit, and say me what i have to do, i think the needed parts do i have here.

    Thanks

THANKS!!! That was the needed info.
the ROS was defect, i changed with one i had here, no error now on my 470DC.

Now to the next printer, its the WC PRO 90, its a little bit difficult.
            I have now the errors:

            9.334.
            i think olders are:
            9.350.
            9.316
            9.210

the printer is working, but the problem is that the prints are not good, it means the printed letters are very thin and the edges are not sharp, it look like outwashed i have tested many things, in order: clean donor roll x3, a other donor housing, new xerogr. Modules x3, new plate(behind donorhousing) i dont know what to do now, please help me.

                      Problem:

09-334 Fault. Developer Drive Motor (M3) does not operate during run mode or in component Control (Diagnostic Navigator).

                      Cause:

                      NVM Corruption

                      Solution:

Restoring the most current or New Build NVM from the Machine Resident Disk (MRD) resolved the problem.

                      Other case

                      Problem:

                      09-334 codes
Machine would be OK for an hour or two, then fault.
                      POPO would restore the machine.
Sometimes copies covered with heavy background

                      Cause:

Cracked, not broken, donor roll contact brush.

                      Solution:

Replaced developer and installed donor roll kit, which includes the brush

Try to chande Developer HVPS or clean it .
