I have a B8055 showing 319.412 faults. My pws doesn't show anything for that fault. Does anyone know what it means? I assume it is scanner related since 319.410 describes scanner issues.

When is it showing the fault? Directly at startup? Or only when you try to scan or copy? -
It is in the history. It prints fine. Copies using the dadf are fine. I noticed the copies coming from the glass are poor, thought it may be related to a scanner cable issue. I will swap it out and bring it to the shop soon.Comment

That sounds correct. Thanks for looking it up for me.
I reseated the connectors at the pwb yesterday. I'll replace it tomorrow with a good copier. It's in a hall and I will need room to work on it.
