This is being done because IE is set to die in June. Eureka is reliant on internet explorer. If you have a PWS your edocs will continue to work however.
sigpic No! we never do that with the copier.

Microsoft has indicated future updates to windows 10 will uninstall Internet Explorer 11.

If you have a Xerox PWS it will not uninstall IE 11.

With regard to the cartoon on your sig line.
My favorite is the one where the lady puts her head on the copier, skyshots, then puts her tongue on the glass etc
does the same thing. Then she's looking and laughing at all the photos, and comes across a couple of photos of
some hairy guy's butt. Then walking past her is a huge heavy set guy...and then you see the look of abject terror
on her face as she starts gagging.

There was a TV advert along those lines years ago, basically about sexually transmitted diseases.. Might have been Australian?

Think it was on the 'Clive Anderson' show in the U.K.

This would not be a problem if people cleaned the glass more often!

                      Hello Everyone,

                      I'm Using ProLibro software
                      I'm having some problems
Slow and Taking very long time on downloading a single edoc
And When i open it It's a black blank pane screen inside the manual edoc

I have reinstalled and windows formatted also
                      Vcredistx64.exe also tried

                      Any other solution
Will proLibro work better on windows 11 than windows 10 should i need to upgrade to windows 11?

I also find it slow and also get blank, non reactive edocs when opening. I find every machine's manual basically needs opening twice. First time will be slow and usually blank, then I close and open the doc again (just the doc, not proLibro) and it behaves normally.

Well, I have to say that the new version of ProLibra does seem faster and doesn't seem to take ages to open documents now..

However.. Xerox (U.K.) don't recognise some part numbers from the latest download and latest manual for the 3100p...

                          For crying out loud!!...

Having spent an age downloading all my manuals Xerox have decided the bugs are too severe and I have to delete the whole lot and start again on a new version. Extremely poor. This software has been rushed and is a very poor replacement.

I've kept my old one and still use it when I'm in a hurry (the one that uses IE, I use chrome instead)
As long as it continues to work, I'll hang onto it.
