i having color alignment problem..i had replaced mob sensor assy,ess and mcu pwb and initialize all (iit,sys user ,stem and iot) but results NG. all parts taken fr working machine...

If you have PWS diag tool, use regicon to do alignment. another alternative is that every machine has an nvm settings list usually hidden in tray 1 (side pocket). Enter into service mode and NVM r/w the values. You don't have to replace any component as this is just an electronic adjustment

customer place flooded so their do cleanin' machine by themselves and throw the tray 1 nvm settings lists ...

anyway i try replace ros ASSy ..update ur guys soon..

my imari Dcc400 come the code '102-372' .Why happen and any solution ? help thanks

try replace the option ps 3.5 voltage n 5vdc ps i change it work fine for the 102-372

Remove the HDD and restart the machine. If no fault, then change HDD. But if you replace the HDD and fault still comes up, then the real faulty component is the interface PWB PL9.1 item 6 pn101K37783.
