the problem resolved by itself. i have no idea how but i took couple of prints at various intervals through the day wasnt able to find a single faulty print.

I have come across a new problem .During the course of printing Cyan suddenlt vanishes from the print, Usually i give a test print if the print is okay i give no: of copies and re-submit the job. When i resubmit the job i sometimes dont get cyan. Only after I remove and re-install the drum unit ,calibrate will i get cyan .Cleaned ESV sensor. interchanged Drum units, 1st BTR of cyan, developer.
I am stuck on this one.
      Any suggestions

Check the drive shaft for cyan between the dev drive motor and the developer drive gear, it could be slipping on the one way roller clutch

We've got a similar case - missing one colour. It turn out to be a faulty IBT clutch which we replaced and solved the problem

I found some more details of the problem.Firstly its not missing cyan completely I dont get 30%-50% cyan in prints. I am able to get 100% cyan.It looks like toner is not reaching the DP unit on its own. When i do a TRC setup the pws tells me to "up" cyan by 50 .after i do that i get 30% cyan in prints.

I ve ordered for a ESV sensor have to repeat TRC every 500 prints till the problem is resolved.

It looks like you may have a seized up cyan deve tank which needs replacement
