    fuser nip dc5252

    Hi,
I adjusted the fuser nip of DC5252 to 4mm as per specifcation.

The fuser nip measurement is fine now but I get creasing on all media except 220gsm onwards.

I checked the fuser nip after 10mm on both ib and ob . I set both at 4mm since 4.1 and 4.2 are quite impossible. The 4mm is within the specification . Any way to make the creasing go away.

    thanks

You will have to check the spring pad adjustment also. The same area as the nip adj. screws but the red ones instead. You have to remove the belt stripper finger assy to get to them. I would reference the edoc for proper adjustment on those.
