    [Jamming] Xerox 128 Jams after warm up In fuser

    Hi all
    I have a Xerox 128 that jams after non use and or frist thing in the morning I have replaced the fuser unit and the photo-interrupter and fuser exit flag holder

        the part was released after the edocs. it was a special part made just for this problem.

            Is this the improved fuser exit switch with the ball bearing ? i have the part number as 815K02550. Tip also suggests registration clutch 121k32660.
            If not i am intrested in what that part is it may be handy !

                    Hi
                    Had the same problem allso replaced fuser exit sensor .It was the gate above the fuser.Remove the inverter and shorten the spring of the gate .No more jamming in the mornings

                          The problem is the fuser exit sensor. With a small adjustment will work very well the old one. If I have permission I will put some pics (I'm going to photograph one today).
