    DC700 Unfused print Inboard

    HI All,
    i am facing problem in DC700 on 260GSM paper unfused from inboard on havy ground or full ground prints. problem is only coming on 260 GSM or Above 260 GSM . copy and print both haveing same issue. try to change settings coated , uncoated but same problem. is anyone have same issue ?

        Sw level for this problem very imprortant. It enables the half latch fuser. It need to be V3.1.

          today i try to change the nvm velues as per your instructions 744-699 is already on 46 but 744-709 is not access able msg is can not be access at this time. please see the SW bellow.

          system sw v 5.3.1

          What to do now ?

              You have sw version v3.0, v3.1 will have IOT version at 54.42.0 Upgrade to v3.1 and your problems should go away.

                Have you tried lowering the NVM values that I sent you?
                Even without 54.42.0 you can fix this problem with those NVMs.
                Like I did this 3 days ago.

                  HI,
                  Dear kalindd you are right problem has been fixed to change these nvm velues. meanwhile there is also have iot software update patch to resolve this issue and one 3 nvm velues.

                    The patch you are talking about is "Fuser gloss mode" maybe, am I right?
                    Enabling the fuser gloss mode its not a fix for your problem, it's more like a workaround.
                    Some customers don't like a glossy finish.
                    Anyway it's good that everything is fine now.

                      Change media (paper). Try RML or try at least 3-4 type (different brands!) of 260gms (coated or uncoated).

                        yes you are right patch is for fuser gloss mode and also for to resolve this issue there are 3 nvm velues those need to be change. it is havyweight paper mode software procedure for v3.0
