    [Jamming] Xerox workcentre 7132

    AFTER ONE OR TWO COPIES MY XEROX WC 7132 KEEPS SAYING THAT THERE IS A JAM AT LEFT SIDE TRAY "A" (where it opens up to the Fuser) and SIDE TRAY "B" (paper path). AND THE THERE IS NEVER A PAPER JAMMED IN THERE WHEN I OPEN IT. AFTER CLOSING THE TRAY, IT WILL ALLOW ME TO PRINT AGAIN..BUT THE JAM PROBLEM SHOWS UP AFTER ONE OR TWO MORE COPIES. IT HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR QUITE SOME TIME. ANYONE KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO? OR HOW I CAN SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

        not so familiar with 7132, but usually xerox products has the same diagnostic/ ce mode. to enter ce mode, press and hold "0" button for 8 sec. then press start.

        log in, then navigate to find iot nvm initialization. try it.

          it worked, pressing 0 for 8seconds then pressing start. am here at the NVM intialization, now what do I do...sorry for too many questions but this is the second time I have worked on this type of machine.

            tick iot nvm initialization only then enter.
            then restart the machine.

              What error code? (left/down screen, xxx-xxx, like 077-123 or something)
              May be the registration clutch... give us a code.

                your might be right amadeusmbi, but unique problem like above encountered might be a problem on unstable nvm value. have screwdriver08 tried to check fuser exit sensor or inverter swicth for this matter also?

                  What does this mean?
                  Execute Component Control [077-105 Fuser Exit Sensor]. Manually activate the actuator of the Fuser Exit Sensor (PL 7.1).
                  The display changes.
                  Or how do I do that? through the UI diagnostics mode?

                      ok, have you try from MPT (Manual Paper Tray; clean feed roll, it may be dirty)? same problems? I have many of this xerox type and never have NVM problem with this error. Usually is a hardware problem. Paper picked up from tray?

                        I turned on the copier today and the first thing that happened is "Paper Jam" and I have not even made a copy or printed anything.

                          my workcentre 7132 tells me that i need to replace the "transfer belt cleaner [r2] smart kit", i looked for it online and could not find it, i looked at the wc 7132 service manual and i still cannot find that part, however i did find a "ibt belt cleaner", is that the same thing?
