did you closed left cover and connect all connectors

    9-370 is transfer fault
9-304 is BTAC fault (sensor on developer assembly)

      we got 304 cleared

we forgot to put dv waste tube back on dv unit so 304 is gone

we are still getting 9-370 - we put left cover back on and double checked connectors in back we were messing with

what is the trasfer area? the drum belt?

yes, transfer is in photoreceptor unit,

if you have another photoreceptor try it

do you have any other fault code like 9-372, 9-374 etc

          no other codes are present

          just the 370

we had a unit with 9k images made, removed, put in a new unit, then when I found out first one had only 9K images told them to put the old back in

maybe the counter rest is messed up now with the old one back in there

we will put the new one back in

              no voltage 34-38VDC on P66

so should we swap out that board? I guess that is the ticket

though this code never showed up until after we were fixing the P72 connection

of course, could be that P72 just over rided this code

if you do not have voltages, check cables and if ok, try to replace SCAM PWB

                      swapped scam

                      same code issue

this code never appeared until we plugged P72 in - but I guess it could not appear with P72 unplugged.

this unit has 468K - I cleaned the donor roll on dv - looks real good.

this has got to be something simple

                      what next?

                          Go to faults tab.
Only there you can find real fault code.
9-592 is status message which mean that printer is not available.

Machine have some of this codes 9-370,9-372,9-374 or 9-376.

Check which and follow that rap.

If you have 9-370 follow rap which i post earlier.
Try to change scam and transfer detack hvps pwb

                            we just found out that

connector J104, which plugs into a string of connectors white boxes that ultimately lead to rear inside wall of process area, was completely gone. J104 is to left rear side of copier toward upper area

we are going to restring these white box connectors from rear, get J104 connected, reseat whote connector boxes inside wall, and I will bet we are good to go after that. these whote boxes are all interconnected to the process drum

3-585 "machine has detected an IIOC PWB failure"

this is the message we now get through web UI - through the control panel we get only 9-370

the web ui is showing the true problem

                              which board is the IIOC?

                                As I told you before.
WEB UI do not show fault code, just system message.

9-585 mean Unclearable process control fault declared.

Only fault tab and fault under tools menu can show real fault code.

Do you have service manual for this machine.

If not check with Manuals 4 You - Copier-Printer-Fax Manuals etc
