Print the Diagnostic Print from the Image Quality Maintenance menu. That print should show you which printhead(s) are having issues. Compare it to page 144 of the owner's manual. http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05171686

If you're unsure, either scan it or take a clear picture of it and post it here. If you can't post images, put it in Dropbox and post a link, or post it on an image site like Imgur, etc.

PS - Since Flash is dead, that seems to break being able to post images. Hopefully the board will get an update to fix that.

Ah, you can attach a file to your post using the 'Manage Attachments' button down below the message edit window.

take a paper towel fold it to fit in PH track

              wet with Simple Green

park head over the paper towel.. let sit 30-40 mins

go and clean out the service station area .. check for nicks in capping rubbers.

remove the towel and do test prints

works on all the major brands of inkjet based lifeforms

                      Re: Djz2600 lines in prints

I gave the OP my email; it looks like a paper advance issue, maybe. So I recommended running the paper advance calibration for the media loaded. Still need to see the print quality diagnostic image.

Seems running the paper advance calibration resolved the issue.

Were there any error codes recorded?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
