    HP A1 Rotation

I Have an issue with a Designjet T830 36" that wont rotate an A1 image to fit on the paper correctly it always prints it Portrait so there is a large portion of the page not printed on.
So their ends up being a lot of waisted paper .

It was doing it fine but suddenly stopped doing it, Ive tried different print drivers checked for firmware updates but still no luck

In the printing preferences, make sure auto rotate is turned off. Or set to zero degrees.

Also check that your paper roll actually measures the dimensions you expect. In the past I have come across paper rolls that are 36 1/16" to 36 3/32". Those rolls will not auto size match with 36" documents. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
